Room comes with like-new (1 year old) installable window A/C unit for summer. Mixed recycling on premises (no composting).
The building is a four-plex and neighbors are always respectful and quiet - there are no neighbors above or below this unit. Gated & covered front porch, plus locked+enclosed back porch (storage for you of ~50 sq/ft). Entrances and perimeter of building are gate locked and have security lighting on all sides. For safety, the apartment requires pin codes to access the property.
Landlord is a retired lawyer who youll get to know by name and who maintains the building monthly. I will ask for a credit/background check on his behalf, all pretty standard stuff.
