Do you have any evictions, are you okay with there being 4 others living on property? All stay to themselves in their room. Also are you ok with the fact that there are 4 others renting other rooms? Everyone is quiet and stays in their rooms. If youre okay with the above then contact me.
Will need to make arrangements asap if interested. Serious inquiries only. I’ll need to know what your occupation is as well. No hard drug users or parties. You must be clean and very responsible. I’m very easy going and I do allow 420 but that’s it. No cigarettes smoking allowed inside please. I am doing background checks and credit checks may be required. Just be an honest person and don’t steal from my home is all I ask. washer & dryer in the house is available. Full access to the kitchen.
