2 Bedroom 2 Bath Apartment - We have a cute spacious 2x2 apartment. The master bedroom has a walk in closet that leads to a private bath with a stand alone shower. The Main bathroom has a full size washer and dryer in the unit so there is no need to go to a laundromat or laundry room. There is also a full size tub that is great to relax in after a long day. The apartments has been updated with all new counters. The kitchen has lots of storage and has bar seating in the dining room. The dining room has a ceiling fan to help keep it cool during the summer and has a built in bookshelf. The living room is spacious with a large window to let the sun in during the summer and watch the snow fall in the winter. We have landscapers come weekly to keep our complex looking beautiful. We are a quiet community with a friendly staff who is here to make you feel at home.

We have a fitness center on site to fulfill your workout needs. If you like to swim, we are within walking distance of the Dallas Aquatic Center. Also in the Aquatic Center Complex you will find tennis and pickleball courts, a skate park, and a walking trail that runs along Rickreall Creek! We are close to a grade school, Junior High School, and the High School.
