Welcome to Portage Shore Apartments! Located at 2400 Boyer Ave E in Seattle, Portage Shore is nestled in the desirable Montlake neighborhood, along Portage Bay, on Lake Washington. Our apartment building is mid-century designed, and our landscape boasts mature ornamental plantings.

Portage Shore offers a great location with waterfront access for fun activities which makes for a stellar living experience. Montlake Park is a block away and the notable Montlake restaurants are within walking distance, too!

Our apartments have everything you need to make them your home which includes all the necessary appliances and laundry machines on each floor.

Deposit: $750

Utilities: Water/sewer/trash are separate and based on usage and size

Renters Insurance is required. $14.50/month for LLI if none provided

Cost: $45 application fee, $300.00 2-week holding deposit (applied to security deposit upon move in)

Screening Criteria: Verified income of 3x monthly rent, a credit score of 650 or higher, no open bankruptcies, no past landlord-tenant disputes with judgment in favor of the landlord, no evictions in the last 7 years. (Applicants who do not meet these criteria may be accepted on a case-by-case basis with a qualifying Cosigner/Guarantor or an increased deposit.)
