$1,550 - 2 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Apartment In Sacramento With Great Amenities

Come home to a wonderful 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment! It is an upstairs unit of a fourplex, so there is no one above you or below you. The neighbors are quiet & friendly.

Relax in a generous great room, including living & dining areas and kitchen. The living & dining areas have brand new carpet- the kitchen has brand new wood-patterned vinyl flooring, a refrigerator, electric stove and disposal.

The larger bedroom (14x11.5) is big enough to fit a king bed comfortably, with room left over, and has a 7 closet.

The smaller bedroom (10x11) will fit a queen bed and has a 7 closet. Both are carpeted in beige carpet.

The bathroom (5x8) has a tiled shower over white tub and a tile floor.

There is a shared garage for one car, just a few steps away, with additional dedicated parking on the apron. Street parking is plentiful. There are also 2 huge storage bins (approximately 10 W x 4 D x 4 H each).

A laundry room at the back of the building is shared by just 4 units. The fourplex is on a lovely tree-lined street, and the neighborhood is quiet and friendly. There is easy access to Hwy. 80, shopping and bus lines. The nearest major intersection is Garfield & Auburn.

The rent is $1600 -- but owner pays garbage, sewer, and water. So you need to ask other owners what utilities they cover to compare prices. 11 month lease (but form above doesnt offer that as an option, so I chose 1 year, as it is closest.)

No smokers. A small pet is okay, with good references (for the pet!) from a current landlord and an extra 1 month pet deposit. Please note that while there is much outdoor space (lots of lawn), there is no fenced outdoor space for a dog (the fence surrounds only the front and side of the unit, not the back. Owner pays water, sewer and garbage. A small pet is okay, with good references (for the pet!) from a current landlord and an extra deposit. There are 2 parking spaces, but only one is covered.

Although 1 year lease is checked above, the lease is only 11 months.

To qualify, you need to have: - no evictions, EVER - good rental history, including references, for 3 years - evidence of stable income for 3 years - income of at least 3 times the rent, plus your debt payments (like car or student loans) - to have always paid all utilities on time and in full.
