I'm a 30 year old male who owns a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home in Durham, NC. I'm Looking for a roommate to stay in one of the spare bedrooms, and you would have your own bathroom. The room is unfurnished, so you would have to bring your own bed, etc.
The rent includes all utilities and internet. So you would just have one all inclusive payment per month.
The house is 15 min from Raleigh, downtown Durham, and 20 min from Chapel Hill.
I am currently a full time MBA student at NC State. I love to cook, hike, and play soccer.
I am looking for a male roommate who is a student or young professional.
Applicants are required to authorize a $45 credit and background check, get renter's insurance, and pay a $500 security deposit.
