It’s just minutes walking distance from Bon Secours Wellness Arena, Falls Park, The Peace Center for the Performing Arts, Fluor Field, fantastic restaurants and breweries, downtown shopping, the Saturday Farmers Market, the Swamp Rabbit Trail, Cleveland Park, the Greenville Zoo, both Prisma Healthcare and St. Francis Hospital systems, and Publix. My carriage house apartment is in the historic Pettigru District of Greenville which provides a pleasant walk in a charming neighborhood.
