Pets ok with application approval, only one cat, additional deposit and/or pet rent may be required. Typical $25 pet rent/$300 deposit. Between the months of October to February we require an 15 month lease to avoid vacancy in those months.

Tenant is responsible for water/sewer/trash. Lessee agrees to carry a Renters Insurance Policy or Limit of Liability Policy for the duration of the lease.
