You must have a credit score of 650 or higher, with no rental eviction history. A credit and background check report will be run at a cost of $55. This report will give the landlord a comprehensive understanding of your financial stability and rental history.

3) Complete application: To be considered for the property, you must fill out and complete the application online.

This application will give the landlord a better understanding of your current living situation, including your employment, income, and rental history.
