Inclusionary Zoning Apartment-Waitlist Applicants Only - This Junior 1BR (Studio+den) apartment is being offered as part of the Inclusionary Zoning Program administered by the District of Columbia Department of Housing and Community Development for moderate income households. In order to apply for this apartment, you must currently live and/or work in DC, and meet the Inclusionary Zoning Program guidelines including proof of completion of a required IZ orientation course. Income requirements:

Cannot exceed $85,200 (single person household), $97,350 (two-person household)

Minimum of $54,900

Applicants must meet Keener Management’s standard credit and criminal background check.

Required documents for certification include: 6 most current pay stubs, 6 month’s savings and checking account statements, most recent quarterly statements of investment accounts, two most recent tax returns with W2s, proof of all other income and assets, proof of completion of IZ Orientation class.

In keeping with IZ guidelines, priority will be given to waitlist applicants:

1) Householders residing in DC

2) Householders working in DC

3) Households will then be ranked by length of time on the waitlist
