• Kayaks/canoes on trailers
• Any watercraft requiring rinsing, bilge draining, or storage
The property is not equipped or permitted for boat handling, rinsing, or parking.
Vehicle & Property Care
• No vehicles with fluid leaks (oil, coolant, transmission, etc.)
• No onsite trash pickup — tenant must haul waste to the transfer station a short distance away or arrange private service
