The heart of the home is a well-appointed kitchen, equipped with modern amenities to cater to your culinary desires. Imagine preparing meals surrounded by the panoramic views of the Wasatch Mountains, making every dining experience a feast for the senses.The living spaces offer a cozy ambiance, perfect for unwinding by the fireplace after a day of outdoor adventures. Whether you're sipping hot cocoa by the fire or stargazing on the private deck, every moment here is infused with the magic of mountain living.
No smoking. First and last month's rent, as well as a $3,200 security deposit, are required prior to moving in. Available for a 12+ month lease only.
UTILITIES: As part of the rental obligations, the resident will be responsible to pay: electricity, gas, internet, phone (optional), and cable TV/satellite. The resident is also responsible for lawn care, removing snow from the parking area, walking surfaces, and patio/deck. The resident is required to have an active Renter's Insurance Policy during the duration of the lease. Resident(s) must obtain new Utah Driver's Licenses with the Property address listed as the primary address to satisfy Wasatch County Tax Requirements and must show proof of change within a specific timeframe.

Outdoor activities such as boating, swimming, mountain biking, hiking, golfing, snow-shoeing, cross country skiing, camping... and even scuba diving at the Homestead Resort and Crater... can be enjoyed in Midway!

Applicants are judged on the same standards on a first-come/first-serve basis, one person or group at a time.
