Fully Furnished CWE Studio Includes Everything For Shorter-Term Rental - The Wilminette is a fully furnished studio apartment which offers spotless accommodations in the heart of St. Louis' historic Central West End. The Wilminette has an excellent Queen-sized bed, high-speed internet, kitchen with all the basics for meal preparation, and much, much more. Weekly housekeeping is included in the rental price.
The Wilminette is located on the first floor, accessible by climbing half a flight of stairs. There's a laundromat available in the building's upper lobby.
Parking is free and on-street on the block in front of the apartment building. Please note that the Central West End is home to a number of bars and restaurants. While these establishments make the neighborhood great, they also attract many visitors. This can make parking a challenge, especially in the evenings and on weekends. You will almost always be able to find a parking spot, but it may not be right in front of the building.
You don't need a car to live here. The location is second-to-none in St. Louis. The Wilminette is on McPherson at Euclid, footsteps from delightful shopping and many fine restaurants.
Public transit is easily accessible. The Wilminette is within walking distance of Forest Park, Washington University Medical Center & Barnes Hospital. Several supermarkets, pharmacies and movie theaters are within walking distance. Metrolink, the city's regional rail system, is within walking distance.
Smoking is prohibited in the apartment or anywhere on the premises.
If you don't have your own renter's insurance, there is an additional fee of $10.50 per month for "Tenant Liability Insurance." Such insurance covers accidental or unintentional damages to the premises, but not to your personal possessions.
The Wilminette is one of SF Shannon's fully furnished vacation rental apartments. If it is not available for the dates that you need, we may have another apartment that is available. All of SF Shannon's vacation rental apartments are available for longer-term stays. If you intend to be in residence for less than 12 months, we include a "Short-Term Addendum" to the rental agreement to acknowledge the terms of your stay.
