I have a master bedroom (14x11ft) available for rent for $700 a month + utilities ($100 a month - gigabit internet included). $350 security deposit. The bathroom is shared with 2 other people. We also have a medium size dog.
Im looking for 1 person in their 20s who enjoys hanging out and being social. Room available 4/15. Looking for a 1-year lease. Can do 6 months if needed.
I will be living downstairs with my girlfriend. We are both 24, very friendly, active, and looking to be friends with our roommates!
Some background on us - we work at an American Ninja Warrior gym and were competitors/testers on the show as well, we climb a couple times a week and enjoy various outdoor activities as well as just chilling with friends. Pickleball, disc golf, volleyball, mountain biking.
