Someone who enjoys occasional interactions and gatherings, but also values personal downtime. Its important to us that our new roommate is responsible with rent, and willing to contribute to maintaining the cleanliness and positive atmosphere of our home. Were a family who value a harmonious living environment where everyone feels respected and at ease.

Lease duration is either 6 or 12-months.
Refundable Security Deposit of $800 due upon execution of lease, plus pro-rated 1st month rent
