828 Marine Street consists of the original house and a 6-unit addition on the back. The house and addition are separated by the on-site laundry room. The central location is easy walking distance from CU campus, the Hill and Pearl.
Apartment #3 is on the ground level of the addition. All apartments have access to a shared courtyard with picnic table, as well as the off-street parking. This unit has hardwood-style vinyl flooring throughout. There's a wood-burning fireplace and A/C unit in the living room, dishwasher in the kitchen, and access to an on-site laundry room.
This unit is rented unfurnished. Any furniture/belongings in the photos and video belong to the tenants moving out. The major appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher) will stay in the kitchen. We have a wall A/C unit for the living room. Any other A/C units belong to the tenants.
APPROXIMATE ROOM DIMENSIONS:
Living room = 24'2" x 12'
Bedroom #1 RIGHT(w/attached bath) = 11'3" x 9'11"
Bedroom #2 MIDDLE = 8'11" x 12'
Bedroom #3 LEFT = 12'5" x 9'11"
Security deposits equal one-and-a-half times the monthly rent. We need at least half the deposit paid at lease signing, and can setup a payment plan for the remainder. CATS allowed with an extra $200 deposit per cat. ONE DOG allowed (certain breeds restricted) with an extra $300 deposit.
