Location, Location, Location: Youre smack dab in the middle of everything cool - close to the freeway, American Fork train station, shopping, and Utah Valley University.
The Room: Its private, its bright, its got this awesome accent wall that youll probably want to Instagram the moment you see it.
Rent Details: $650 per month for a year lease or $100/month more for an month-to-month lease
3 bathrooms in the house. The two available rooms have a shared bath.
Utilities: Around $70/month. (Includes high speed internet)
House Perks: New appliances, including a washer and dryer that actually work (miracle, right?), and a backyard thats begging for some chill evenings. Tons of modern touches throughout the house including accent lighting, colored flames for the fireplace and a ton more.
Deposits? Pssh, Were Cool: Weve got a 100% track record of returning deposits. Yes, were those landlords everyone wishes they had. (Deposit will be the same as first month rent)
No Pets Please! (We love them, but the roomates have opted out.)
The house is furnished throughout. The room is not. The video shows another one of our rooms. When the rooms are cleared out I’ll have it updated :)
I also have one garage spot open with a Tesla Charger if you’re interested in it ($50/month)
