My name is Andrew, I am a UCF student who's just graduated, and my next plan is law school.

I am managing this property for my parents, looking for roommates to occupy each of the four rooms in this house at a fair price. ($700-$1000.)

The rest of the house is a shared space, including two toilets.

I have experience helping my parents with their job as landlords - I have seen a lot, and learned a lot about awful tenants.

I prefer genuine good character, and I ask simply for respect, communication, and honesty. That will be returned mutually.

Many things can be discussed about the property. I prefer to have people around their younger 20's (my age). Along with fun hobbies. I am looking forward to have roommates (house-mates) that I can treat like family.
