Pet Policy: NO AGGRESSIVE BREEDS. Owner approval required with a 1 pet limit and maximum weight of 65 lbs. There is a non refundable pet fee of $250. Monthly pet rent ranges from $15-$25 depending on the pet. Required to submit a photo and up to date vet and shot records for approval.
We do not accept co-signers $25 Adm Fee per adult upon move in.
