PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: BED-N-BLISS

Updated three bedroom plus loft condo in Northshore’s Kingswood Village. Ideal for a comfortable and nicely appointed home base after all your Epic adventures in Tahoe this upcoming Ski Season! The Bed-N-Bliss features an open living room with comfy leather couches, stacked stone gas fireplace with a SMART TV, mounted above a large sliding glass door which provides access to the private deck. The kitchen boasts high-end, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a breakfast bar with log stools. Up to six can enjoy a dining experience in the open dining area under a rustic antler chandelier.

Two big bedrooms on the ground floor with a nicely tiled combination shower/tub and toilet area separate from the his and her sinks. The first bedroom is nice and bright with a lodgepole Queen bed and a new TV to watch DVDs on. The second bedroom holds two sets of sturdy, lodgepole bunk beds providing sleeping for 4, plus two large closets and a 40-inch SMART TV. On the middle level, you will find the living, dining, and kitchen areas as described above plus, the third bedroom which houses a sleigh Queen bed and another updated full bathroom in the hall.

There are two decks, one is off the living area and has an HOA approved electric grill and the other is on the lower level accessible from the bunk room and provides outdoor seating.

The condo complex offers year-round access to a Sauna and Exercise Facility. It’s located just 5 miles to Northstar ski area resort with a free winter shuttle pickup at the complex entrance and just six other ski areas within 15 miles. Also about a mile away is the Tahoe Rim Trail, Public Snow Play Park and downtown Kings Beach (with shopping. public beaches, snowmobiling and restaurants), then another 2 more miles to the Nevada state line and Northshore casinos.
