During the summer, our Montreat houses have a week minimum stay, and that reservation must be from Saturday to Saturday. During the Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's holidays, all of our houses have a five-night minimum stay. During peak seasons like summer and October, the majority of homes have a 3-night minimum stay requirement.

This one bedroom/one bathroom ground-level retreat offers a peaceful and tranquil setting near the heart of Montreat. Conveniently located within a 6-minute drive of Lake Susan, Robert Lake Playground, and Montreat's numerous hiking trails. Winter mountain views and a large covered deck. The living area offers a 43" TV. To fully unwind, soak in the jetted bathtub!
Please note: Pets considered for an additional $200 non-refundable pet fee . Parking is available for 1 vehicle. There are approximately 40 steps from the parking area to the main entrance of Zen Hideaway; it is well-lit and has a handrail. Ceiling fans and radiant-heat flooring, with 3 controls, are available; the whole home is zoned for central HVAC but the main thermostat is located on the owner's level. The homeowner, along with her furbaby, lives on the main floor. **Please note, there is no washer/dryer or hookups on site. Tenants would need to use a local laundromat service.
