GENERAL:
We provide free WiFi, central A/C & heating, complimentary toiletries, linens and towels, trash bags and paper towels, hair dryer, hangers and keyless entry.
BEDROOM:
The townhouse includes a king sized bed in each room with a dresser, desk (seated or standing) and walk in closet. The two bedrooms share a shower/tub and toilet, but each bedroom has its own private sink, vanity and bathroom storage. There is also a half bathroom on the first floor.
KITCHEN:
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and stove) as well as a microwave, toaster, kettle, blender, pots and pans. There is a Keurig coffee machine with complimentary coffee and tea. There are also cooking basics & spices, knife set, dishware and flatware.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a 50 Smart TV (login to your favorite streaming services), a wood-burning fireplace, comfortable seating for 4 and some games!
PRIVATE PATIO:
The living room leads to a private outdoor patio with dining area, grill and fairy lights.
WASHER/DRYER IN UNIT:
On the second floor there is a washer and dryer for your own use.
PARKING:
There is a lot with 8 undesignated spaces in front of the building. You will have access to 2 spaces.
ENTRY:
Guests will not need to worry about misplacing or returning keys, as the townhouse provides a secure, keyless entry with a keypad. A code and instructions on entering and leaving the property will be sent to you prior to check-in.
SECURITY:
We use the Simplisafe security system to ensure safety to all guests during their stay. We will provide you with an alarm code and instructions ahead of check-in.

Our home is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood in Northwest San Antonio. The home is only a 15-minute drive to the hustle of downtown San Antonio and just 12 minutes away from the San Antonio International Airport. If you work in the Medical Center were only 5 minutes away, making this the perfect place for you. Beyond that, we are just minutes away from restaurants, nightlife and parks in the area too.
