No car? No problem! One block from the Portland Streetcar - North-South Line and Tri-Met Bus Stop 15. Enjoy a short ride into downtown Portland. Come home to numerous quaint restaurants and shops that Nob Hill is known for.

The unit includes gorgeous hardwood floors! The kitchen includes updated cabinets, a gas stove, and a fridge.

The building includes recycling and trash services—coin-op laundry on site.

PETS

Only one small pet is allowed (under 25 pounds). All pets must be at least one year old, spayed/neutered, and current on all shots and immunizations. Please submit proof from your veterinarian with all current shots and immunizations. Pet rent is $25 per pet, per month. A pet picture is required. Breed restrictions do apply. Management reserves the right to deny any animal, at any time, for reasons including aggression, behavior issues, etc. An additional deposit of $500 per pet is required. The total security deposit will not exceed 1.5x the rent.

INCOME REQUIREMENTS

RENTERS INSURANCE

Proof of renter's insurance is required before move-in and throughout the tenancy.

SMOKING:

All of our units are smoke-free. Smoking is not allowed anywhere or within 10 feet of the property.

MARIJUANA:

This property will not allow the growing or smoking of marijuana.
