+ Rental History: Favorable references required. No evictions in the past 3 years. No more than 3 lease violation notices from previous landlords.

APPLICATION PROCESS

+ No Application Fee {Please note that the Sagareus application site does state that a $40 application is required. This fee will not be processed for any applications to The Lowman apartments.}

+ All Lease Holders Over 18 Must Apply

+ Deposit: Equal to 1 month's rent. Payment plan available, with 50% upfront and the rest in up to 6 monthly installments

+ STEP THREE: Set up a meeting to confirm forms and documents that will be necessary for your personalized application to determine eligibility
