Application fee is $50 per adult. $112 lease prep fee. Section 8: Housing Assistance Accepted. We do NOT accept portable applications (something that is obtained outside of the company). A complete application means: you've seen the unit, submitted the application and paid the fee. NOTE: Blue Sage represents the owner. Please check our website for more information on approval criterion. There is a $112 leasing fee charge. Please call the office to see if there are applications pending, before you apply.
Pets considered on a case by case basis, extra rent and deposit would apply. All flooring is brand new, and the walls are freshly painted.
