There is a lot of cabinet storage in the kitchen and room for a small table! This unit is also just a short trip to down town Barre where you can find all kinds of fun activities!
Utilities included: Heat, cold water, hot water, sewer, trash, snow plowing, and lawn care.
Resident responsible for: Electricity (GMP) and Cable/wifi (if desired).
ONE cat/small dog negotiable @ $25/mo. per pet. Vet records are required and if its a dog, we must meet the dog.
