2.) We will need 2 of your most recent consecutive paystubs if self pay. If HUD, We will need the piece of paper that has the bedroom count/unit size - UPON APPROVAL - we will need your packet w the deposit.
3.) Lastly, a copy of your I.D.
We strongly advise that you ride by the property before you apply. We do have other properties. We are located @ 3269 Terry rd. Jackson Ms. 39212 - We also have a website [Use CALL or EMAIL to get in touch] - You can visit our office and apply or you can visit the website and apply. You have to fill out an application before you can view the property. We are family friendly and rent affordable for all family sizes!
