Pet Policy: Pets travel with you and 2 pets (dogs) are allowed under 50lbs. There are some restrictions on certain dogs so please check with us and we will intern check with the club and update you so you wont encounter any issues after arrival. But most dogs are allowed.

Security Deposit: 1000$ security deposit will be accessed after the lease is accepted and due in one week for future rentals. If the lease is cancelled less than 60 days, then the deposit will be forfeited as we have to remarket the unit for rental otherwise the security deposit will be refunded within a week with secured payment option will be discussed with you.
