Remodeled kitchen and bathrooms – appliances are all 2yrs old or less.
Split AC (Mitsubishi electric)for each room as well as ceiling fans.
Tile throughout house except for bedrooms have wood floors.
Quiet location in the complex, The back Lanai is fairly private with lots of plants but open enough to watch the sunrise over Haleakala. It’s a pet friendly complex, we have security so it feels like a safe place to live. Very short distance to the beach.

Requirements:
Tenant responsible for all other utilities and required to obtain and maintain renters insurance.

Dogs/Cats allowed – up to 2 pets (HOA rules) with a $100 pet deposit per pet. Dogs have to be registered with HOA within 5 days of move in.
