Freshly shampooed carpet in hall and bedrooms, rest of the flooring is tile. Gas hookup is available if you choose to install a gas powered dryer for electricity savings. I have the air conditioner serviced every year to ensure youre comfortable all summer.
All pets are allowed, but dogs larger than 20 pounds require additional security deposit.
My property manager is a great guy and very responsive. Rent is discounted by $50 per month for military, veterans, and YPG employees ($1,699 instead of 1,749). No pet rent or other ridiculous monthly fees like most rental companies charge! If you are interested in a lease longer than 1 year, ask about an additional discount!
First and last months rent and security deposit are due on move-in day (total of $4,498, or $4398 if you qualify for the discount).
20 minute drive to YPG, about as close as you can get!
