Date available : Dec 1st, but flexible. Can start Dec 15th or Jan 1st.
Option 1: You get master bedroom + large private bathroom. Third room becomes communal guest room - Rent $1900, Security deposit: $1750
Option 2: You get 2 medium size bedrooms ( 1 can be used as office ) + private bathroom - Rent $1900, Security deposit: $1750
Option 3: 1 private bedroom + shared bathroom - Rent $1200 and security deposit $1150. ( this option requires 3 people in total to live in the house )
Bedrooms will be unfurnished.
We share gas, electric and internet bill.
Details: 2 Car garage, plenty of storage, Hot tub, sauna, fully setup kitchen, laundry units, furnished living room, fire place, yard, lots of trails near by.
I have plow service setup already.
Im looking for long-term tenant(s) who know what to expect living in Tahoe but also open to a shorter lease for the right person. All wheel drive or 4x4 recommended!
This house is dog friendly.
About me: I work remotely as a graphic designer. I spend a good amount of time outdoors, biking, snowboarding, and hanging out with my 9 year old dog.
