- Next Mission street where there a lot of food options near by, including a Safeway
- Easy access to nearby Bart and underground Muni
- Convenient bus routes to take to SFSU/ Stonestown Area
Lease Terms:
- 3 Month/6 Month/ One-year lease agreement with first month rent and a security deposit
- Applicants must complete a rental application, provide a credit report, recent pay stubs, and recent bank statements with sufficient funds
- Further detailed information will be discussed
