Apartment A is an end unit on the West side of the building. It has a private West facing patio. Laundry room with washer and dryer hookups (bring your own units). Single car garage with electric opener. Water, sewer, and yard care are included in the rent. Tenant pays electricity, garbage, and tv/internet if desired. Sorry, no pets. First and last month's rent and a $1,600 security deposit and $250 non-refundable carpet cleaning fee are required. We are looking for long-term, responsible, non-smoking/vaping, tenants with good rental references or mortgage payment history and verified monthly income of at least three times the rental price per month. We screen all adult applicants, at applicant's cost, $50 per adult.
