Dog beach and Sharkys famous restaurant is a 2/3s mile walk down the beach from our private gated entrance (see photos). Charming and quaint historic downtown Venice is less than a mile walk or bike ride. Performing Arts Center, Venice Theatre known as one of the largest and most active community theatre in the US, and a vibrant community center are all within a mile. Sarasota, a cultural center, is 20 minutes north.
Sleeps 4- if sunroom/theatre is used as sleeping space with comfortable blow up bed sleeps 6.
This is my principal residence which has never been rented before. Everything is up to owner-occupant standard now detailed with all the comfy touches a vacationer loves including heated pool, two televisions, streaming and cable tv, all necessary appliances including Ninja foodi, toaster, large and small blenders, krups coffee center, wagon to haul stuff to beach.
