TERMS & CONSIDERATIONS:

NO PETS: This home will consider well behaved pets. Please contact Agent for restrictions and fees.

SMOKING: No smoking inside home, on decks or within 20 feet of the building

RENTERS INSURANCE: Tenant is required to carry Renter’s Insurance for entire term.

NO HOUSEKEEPING: Monthly housekeeping services are NOT included but may be added at the Tenant’s request.

SNOW REMOVAL: Driveway snowplow services are estimated and limited to contract terms. Actual cost may be adjusted when contract is on file for the season.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Classic 1920's Tahoe ONE bedroom + LOFT cabin with modern amenities is just across the street from the Lake and situated perfectly between all the big ski hills. Ideal for singles, families, weekenders or locals in search for winter housing!

This cabin has been family owned for generations. It is smaller and considered a classic but, has been well-loved and updated over the years.

Large yard for snow play and parking for one or maybe two cars.

The living room is bright and airy and has a newer ROKU television for streaming plus cable service, wood stove/fireplace, a plush couch and large floor-to-ceiling windows for plenty of natural sunlight and glimpses of the gorgeous Lake Tahoe.

Fully Stocked kitchen includes a dishwasher, dish and cookware, full-size appliances and built-in microwave. Kitchen connects with the dining and living area over a wooden breakfast bar for two. The dining area for four is situated directly across from the cabin's original but well-kept wood stove.

The sole bedroom has a new memory foam queen bed, a closet and a wardrobe, a newer, unitized washer and dryer and is located on the first floor. There is one bathroom. A simple 3 piece with an oversized shower, toilet and sink.

The upper level "loft" is only accessible via a pull-down aluminum "attic" ladder. The loft has two twins and overlooks the living area below. There is also a new Queen Aerobed air mattress for use in the living area.

Nearest public beach is just a three minute walk until you reach sand and the ski resorts aren't far either.

Parking limited to 1 or maybe 2 cars

Monthly housekeeping service not included in rent but may be added upon request

Loft sleeping area only accessible through narrow access hole and retractable ladder

Sleeper Sofa is Not Recommended for Use but there is a Queen Aerorbed (air mattress) available
