During the summer, our Montreat houses have a week minimum stay, and that reservation must be from Saturday to Saturday. During the Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's holidays, all of our houses have a five-night minimum stay. During peak seasons like summer and October, the majority of homes have a 3-night minimum stay requirement.

Quaint 1 bedroom/1 bathroom cottage with bonus loft space in excellent Black Mountain location. The home is located behind the primary house on the property and shares some outdoor space with the front house. Separate parking space and entrance. Washer/dryer hookups.
