Dog-friendly up to 45 lbs with no extra pet rent! We love this place because it has a walkout balcony, lots of friendly neighbors, and is very quiet and peaceful. We get hummingbirds on our porch all day in the summer.

Included: New washer and dryer right next to the kitchen, dishwasher, electric oven, wood cabinets, granite countertops, huge double fridge, full walk-in closet, 2 good sized rooms, outdoor storage area off the balcony, central AC (we didnt even use it until 3 pm in the summer) and heating, and 1 bathroom with tub and shower. Includes one covered space and one uncovered.

We are looking for someone to take over our lease anytime in November or December, as we need to move closer to family. It would be $1500 flat (no extra fees) for first months rent (prorated if you move in the middle of the month) and a $850 deposit. It is $1500 until the lease ends February 1st, and then you can discuss lease renewal with the landlord. He said he is raising rent to $1700 flat per month. The landlord is an awesome guy who is responsive and only manages this one property.
