The unit has been updated with modern heat and air, but the original gas fireplace remains with the gas disabled allowing residents to enjoy this original architectural detail.

Harwood floors have been maintained or restored in the homes at Windsor Court when possible. The master craftsmanship shows in the original wood trim and the deep stain complements the custom Windsor White walls.

We want everyone to love their home and enjoy where they live, so we have a few rules. We do not allow smoking or vaping any substance anytime inside or 25ft from the building.

Pets are limited to cats and dogs under 40lbs. Pet owners pay a one-time non-refundable fee of $300 and are responsible for keeping their animal leashed when outdoors, their waste picked up, and barking or other sounds to a minimum.

Each resident pays their own electric and gas bill. There is a $45 monthly utility fee for water and trash. All leases are a minimum of 12 months.

Assigned parking is available with limited covered parking. A $25 monthly fee reserves your spot. There is ample street parking available at no charge.
