Small yard. Washer/dryer hook ups. Convenient location. Close to schools and parks, bus lines and the light rail. No pets. Littleton Public Schools. Tenant(s) are responsible to pay all utilities (cost for monthly water bill and sewer bill will be split with the tenant(s) in the other 1/2 of the duplex). Tenant(s) are responsible to pay gas & electric to Xcel Energy. Water (Denver water) Sewer (City of Littleton), LRECO will pay these bills for the Owner up front and tenant(s) will be uploaded a statement reflecting these charges to their Rentvine Portal if they've set one up, otherwise it will be sent by regular mail. Tenants are responsible for setting up trash services. Tenant(s) are required to have renters insurance prior to move in and key pick-up.
