- No pets unless approved by landlord with extra fee.
- Tenant pays all utilities (electricity, gas, water, internet, trash). Note this house has solar panels so electricity bills should be minimal. Electricity to remain in landlords name, and monthly bill will be added to rent.
- Gardener is $100/month and will also be added to monthly rent.
- New high efficiency HVAC installed November 2023.
- An application will be required for each adult.
- Tenant must obtain renters insurance
