• Minimum credit score of 650.
• No recent bankruptcies (within the last 3 years).
• No unpaid collections or charge-offs related to housing.

• Verifiable rental history with positive references.
• No prior evictions or ongoing landlord disputes.
• Must have left previous rentals in good standing.
