Three-bedroom house located in safe neighborhood about a 5-minute drive to Rowan Campus. Perfect for a serious student or someone who just wants to live with some cool roommates.
Currently rented by two college-aged female occupants. They are 420 and LGBT friendly and are looking for a third similarly aged female peer to join their group. The environment there is sort of artsy and very chilled- and they would like to find someone that wants to be part of something pretty cool and will add to the vibe. Musicians encouraged.
The house is completely furnished and has a large unfinished walk-up attic and full semi-finished basement with washer and dryer. There is also a covered front porch and back deck with large yard (maintained by landlord). Lots of off-street parking. The outside of the house is not the prettiest, but is a work in progress.
Glassboro shopping and restaurants are literally right down the street, along with Pitman Downtown district. Route 55 is a straight drive only 2 miles away- about 15 minutes from the WW Bridge to Philadelphia.
Monthly rent is $650.00 and includes WiFi, security is negotiable, availability is January 1, 2024.
