This condo has been updated throughout and is fully furnished. Bedding, sheets and towels are not included. It is available for a 6-12 month lease. No pets permitted. Walk to the beach, or enjoy use of the on-site amenities including an indoor pool complex, (which includes a heated pool, a hot tub, fitness room, and large changing rooms), two outdoor pools, tennis courts, outdoor basketball court, picnic and grilling areas, and a children's playground. Fish Haul Park, Mitchelville Park, and Barker Field are all very close by. Water, trash service, pest control and basic cable/internet included. Electricity is tenant responsibility, along with any upgrades to cable/internet package. There is a $175 registration fee payable by tenant to The Spa community management. If a lease renewal is offered, tenant is responsible for paying the $25 renewal fee to The Spa community management.
