We are looking for someone that makes at least $2,700 per month, has good credit, rental history and would pass a background check. In other words, a 5 star resident! Will consider a co-signor if you are a student.

Pets? We may allow one dog or cat. The dog comes with certain restrictions as well. For example, older than 2, crate trained and not a dangerous breed or mixed dangerous breed. Pet fee is $300.00 at lease signing or $30.00 per month.
