Looking for a clean, responsible, and respectful renter.
Small studio cabin in the Wecoma Mobile Home Park on Holmes Road. There are 19 units in this quiet park, so being a good neighbor is important since we want the park to be a happy place for all. Property must be kept tidy inside and out.
The spotless cabin was recently remodeled with new flooring, new kitchen cabinets, counters, sink faucet, and range. There is a cute little porch out front and a shed for storage. The bathroom has a shower, no tub.
NO PETS.
This is a non smoking property. No smoking of any type (or vaping) inside or within 10 feet of open doors and windows. NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule. Also, no growing marijuana.
• Rent is $900 a month and includes water, sewer, and garbage.
• Tenant is responsible for electricity.
• Yard upkeep is tenant’s responsibility – or we can add $100 to the monthly rent and take care of it for you.
• Renters insurance will be required.
• This is a month-to-month rental.
A $45 application fee is required for all renters 18 and older to run each background check. This money will be returned to you if we do not run the check due to another applicant getting the unit before you do or if our preliminary check comes up with information where we know we will not rent to you.
MOVE IN COSTS:
1st month rent $900
Security Deposit $1,400
Last month’s rent will be required depending on your credit check. We can work with you to pay over several months if you have a lower credit score.
NEXT STEPS:
1. FIRST, drive by the home (Unit 4) to make sure it would be a good fit for you.
2. Contact us for a pre-screening questionnaire.
3. Set up a time to see the unit and get an application. We only give apps when we meet you. We will be setting up viewings for Friday (Nov. 10), Saturday (Nov. 11), Sunday (Nov. 12).
