Offering furnished (or unfurnished) guest room with shared bath for a 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 month lease starting in November for $900/month all bills included.
Two other roommates will live in the house for a total of 3 people. One roommate is male, from Austin that works in the event industry and has a cool dog. Looking for 2nd guest room roommate and one for the master bedroom (separate listing).
Seeking professional in late 20s, 30s, 40s that doesn’t bring the party home, has stable income, and knows how to live with others.
Non refundable $50 application fee will include:
-criminal and sex offender background check
-employment/income verification
-eviction history
-credit check
If approved:
-$500 refundable deposit which holds the room and functions as damage deposit. Returned at end of lease term if no damage found.
Upon move in:
-1st and last month’s rent, last month’s rent acts as security deposit.
Only serious renters please, if you know you cant qualify please dont message.

Ive worked hard to keep a positive, peaceful, welcoming energy in this house and its paid off. Most of my Airbnb guests have reported positive, peaceful, kind, homey, welcoming vibes.
