Modern 2 Bed/2Bath in Historic Shaw District - Contemporary apartment community in the beautiful Historic Shaw neighborhood, conveniently located in the central corridor of the city! It is a three story modern garden style apartment building within walking distance of the Botanical Gardens and local restaurants. Each unit has its own washer/dryer. Enclosed dog park available inside of the gated parking lot. Please call to inquire further.

Utilities: Tenant pays Electric, and pro-rated Water, Sewer, and Trash. No Gas.

Security Deposit: An amount equal to the first month's rent minus a $175 non-refundable administrative fee. Fiber internet speeds are available through AT&T.

Gated Parking is $35 per month. There is also plenty of street parking available.

Pet policy: Dogs/cats welcome - no breed or weight restrictions, maximum two pets. $250 non-refundable pet fee. With one pet, there is $25 monthly pet rent, with two pets there is a pet rent of $35/month.

All occupants over the age of 18 must submit an application for residency. Application fee is $55/applicant. We will conduct a criminal, credit, and background check as well as verify employment and residency. We would require all occupants to make 3 times the monthly rental amount in gross income, collectively . A 630 FICO2 or higher credit score is require, and the score is pulled from Experian. For additional requirements, please contact the property manager.
