We have a beautiful 2 bedroom house for rent in the heart of Woodstock village (but still quiet!) across from Vail field. It's available for rent from November 6th through December 7th. You can easily walk to all the shops and restaurants. It has a great wrap around porch, modern appliances, and a classic Vermont interior with exposed wood beams.. It's great for kids as there's a park across the street. We are trying to sell it so we will need some flexibility for showings. We will give you 48 hours notice in case a prospective buyer wants to see it. There's a potential for flexibility on the move-in date and extending the move-out date if we haven't sold yet.

Utilities are paid by tenant but since the rental is so short, you can reimburse us and don't need to set up your own account. (heat, electric and internet)
