--Rental Requirements--

Monthly Income:

At Least 3x Monthly Rent

Credit Score:

650-699 = Security Deposit of 1 Month’s Rent

700-745 = $1000 Security Deposit

750 + = $500 Security Deposit

Screening Criteria: Verified income of 3x monthly rent, a credit score of 650 or higher, no open bankruptcies, no past landlord-tenant disputes with judgment in favor of the landlord, need 3 years of rental history in good standings.

1. Application Fee $55.00 *non-refundable* paid to third-party.

2. Security Deposit + $250 holding fee

3. $250 cleaning fee

4. $300 Non-Refundable “One Time” Administrative Fee at Move-in

5. Indoor cats only (some restrictions apply)!! Non-refundable $250 deposit and $25/ month pet rent.

6. Utilities cost for Water/Sewer/Trash/Common Area Electricity & Gas (if any) based on the number of occupants:

(1 Occupant - $85)

(2 Occupants - $160)

(3 Occupants - $210)

(Each additional occupant + $50)
