“La Vista” is a stunning four-bedroom, two-bathroom second floor suite in Casa Del Sol. Located on the southern tip of Wrightsville Beach, it’s just a short stroll to the beach, the Intracoastal Waterway, and many local shops and restaurants. The unique design and outdoor dining this suite offers is unmatched!
This property has been fully renovated with comfort in mind. Touches of the home’s original eloquence have been preserved and modernized. The spacious living room features original hard wood floors and is furnished with a large sectional sofa. The smart TV is equipped with YouTube TV and Netflix for relaxing indoors. A large deck off the living room offers the dedicated eating space where any beach lover will appreciate dining in with a view of the sunset over the waterway. Pull up a seat and watch boaters and wildlife play in the salty waters!
The kitchen flows seamlessly from the main living space, providing an inviting place for guests to gather. A large farmhouse sink and ample counter space makes meal prep a simple pleasure. Beautiful open cabinetry with underlighting provides a nice ambient light in the evenings and adds to the bright, cheery appearance of this suite. Full-sized updated stainless-steel appliances help make cooking and clean up a breeze. This kitchen is as functional as it is aesthetically pleasing!
The first of the four bedrooms is located off the living room. Featuring a queen-sized bed, it has access to the Jack and Jill bathroom with the adjoining queen bedroom. The shared bathroom is equipped with a stand in shower that features statement tile and a modern vanity. Down the hall is the primary bedroom with a king-sized bed, a fourth bedroom furnished with two twin beds, and a full bathroom with a traditional shower tub combination. A small outdoor sitting area off the rear of the suite offers a great space for sunbathing or some private relaxation.
Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 2 Queens, 2 Twins.
Parking: Assigned parallel parking spots for up to 3 vehicles on site.
Pet Policy: Pets negotiable with $400/pet nonrefundable fee. 2 pets maximum.
Prohibited: No Smoking, No Pets, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
